Contact

Ask about a material, a border or a mounting detail before choosing. For an existing request, include its reference and affected item so we can locate the right record.

Before you write

Include the work name and the option you are considering. You can describe your measured clear space, but we do not provide structural installation advice. There is no need to send photographs of people or personal identification documents.

Returns or delivery concerns

Use the same email for return notice, transit damage, an address correction or a delayed delivery. Read the return procedure before mailing goods. The listed address is for correspondence and mailed returns, not a walk-in shop or pickup point.

Payment safety

Manual transfer instructions follow an accepted offer. Verify any unexpected change through these contacts. Never send bank passwords, one-time codes or card credentials.
