The information in a request

We collect your name, email, optional phone, delivery address and any optional notes you enter. The saved request includes selected work and variant SKUs, quantities, server-calculated prices, shipping, total and a reference. We use these details to assess availability, contact you, arrange an accepted order, investigate delivery concerns and handle returns.

Please keep notes relevant to the purchase. Do not enter card data, bank login details, government identification or unrelated sensitive information. We do not require a marketing subscription to receive or handle an order request.

Sessions and operational access

An essential browser session keeps the cart, security token, checkout draft and confirmation connected to your browser. Hosting also processes technical request and error information for security and reliable operation. No analytics, advertising pixels or marketing dispatch is installed.

Access is restricted to those handling the request and technical hosting needed to operate the site. For an accepted delivery, the minimum necessary contact and address information may be passed to the service actually used. There is no named courier or integrated payment processor promised here. We do not sell information to advertising networks.

How long records are kept

Unaccepted requests are retained for up to 90 days after submission. Operational order records are retained for up to 365 days after submission. An unresolved return, dispute or applicable legal obligation may require the relevant limited record to be retained longer, with restricted access. Technical error logs are retained for up to 30 days.

The essential session has a maximum lifetime of 2 days. A saved cookie choice lasts up to 180 days. Accounting information is limited to records required by applicable law; the applicable statutory period depends on the record and obligation, rather than a blanket right to retain every inquiry indefinitely. Removal from live records is followed by normal restricted backup expiry, not immediate deletion from every backup.

Access, correction and deletion

Email [email protected] with Privacy request in the subject, your reference if available, and the email used for the request. Tell us what you want to access, correct or delete. We may ask for limited verification that you are connected to the record, but do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is explained.

We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. If information must remain for a legal obligation or unresolved claim, we explain the reason and restrict its use. Rights and statutory coverage can vary by residence and the law applicable to the business; this notice does not claim every state privacy law applies to every transaction. Contact your state attorney general for applicable guidance.
