The seller and the work
This shop is operated by Lauri Lynnxe Murphy Studio llc, company number 20228171055, at 1115 Acoma St. Suite 315 Denver CO CO 80204 US. Contact [email protected] or +1(720) 984-9852. This address is for correspondence and mailed returns, not a public gallery, pickup counter or walk-in studio.
The assortment comprises five distinct unframed art prints and five decorative wall panel constructions. One selling unit means one new product. Read the paper material, overall dimensions, border or finish and, for panels, depth, weight and mounting points before choosing. Frames, mats, wall screws, anchors and installation are not included.
Prices and selected options
Prices are in USD. Displayed goods and shipping include all applicable taxes, with no added checkout surcharge. Standard delivery is $8.95 below $125.00 in goods and free at or above $125.00. There is no separate order minimum. The selected SKU determines the price and availability; browser-supplied prices are not accepted.
You may request at most 10 units of a SKU, subject to available quantity. Submitting a request reserves its quantity in the website inventory. If fulfillment becomes impossible, we contact you rather than substitute a border, finish or construction without agreement. Images show the identified option, not every available finish, and do not establish scale.
Request, acceptance and payment
Submitting checkout records an order request and displays its reference. It does not take payment or automatically form an accepted sale. We contact you to review the exact items, address, total, availability and delivery estimate. The sale proceeds only when we accept and you agree to the confirmed offer. You can decline changed details before agreement.
If accepted, we provide real manual bank-transfer instructions. Payment is due within 7 calendar days after confirmation. We dispatch after confirming receipt of the agreed payment. No automatic payment recognition, card checkout or automatic confirmation email is promised. Keep your reference for correspondence.
Delivery and changes
Orders are delivered only to the contiguous 48 US states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international and APO/FPO destinations are excluded. After payment, processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 3–6 business days, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Contact us promptly to amend or cancel before dispatch. We confirm what can still be stopped. If agreed shipping timing cannot be met, we seek your agreement to a revised estimate or discuss cancellation and refund; we do not silently extend the order indefinitely.
Returns and problems
Our commercial preference-return window is 30 calendar days beginning the day after receipt. It does not remove separate rights for a defective, damaged, wrong or misdescribed item. The Returns & Refunds page explains notice, the exact destination, buyer-arranged postage, defect postage reimbursement and refunds.
Do not mount a damaged panel. Explain the issue and include the order reference; object photographs can help but are not an absolute requirement for a valid claim. Damage caused during mounting is distinct from a transit defect and is assessed on the circumstances, not an automatic rejection of every claim.
Rights, complaints and intended use
Send a complaint to [email protected] with the reference and desired resolution. Mandatory legal rights and remedies remain applicable. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive consumer protections or prevent access to a competent court. Applicable protections and jurisdiction depend on the transaction and your location.
The official consumer complaint guide can help identify further channels. Products are indoor decorative objects, not structural cladding, acoustic treatments or wet-room surfaces. Use suitable wall-specific hardware and obtain qualified installation advice if unsure. No framing, custom commission or installation service is sold.
